We are looking for a talented coffee lover who wants to help us sell one of the best specialty coffees in China! As our Marketing & Sales Manager, you will meet with restaurant owners and office managers to explain our products and let them taste our coffee. You will be responsible to plan and execute marketing campaigns, sales events, social media outreach, and other activities that help grow our business. You will be the main contact for our wholesale and taobao customers, and work closely with our Roastmaster to make sure all orders are delivered on time.
Required skills:
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude towards customers
- Persistence and ambition in pursuing new wholesale leads
- Creativity in developing marketing campaigns and sales materials
- Skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Taobao sales would be an advantage
- Strong interest in coffee culture and willingness to learn about specialty coffee
This is a full-time position with a starting base salary of 4,000 RMB plus significant commission payments based on wholesale performance. Target salary including commissions: 8,000+ RMB
