During our Volcán Coffee Club this Thursday, we'll be giving people a try and sampling different honeys with our Miel recipe. (We might even add a dash of festive cinnamon or clove, freshly imported from Bali.) So far, our team's favorite is a natural honey from the mountains of Korea—offering a beautifully floral sweetness. Another confectionary contender is an organic option from the mountains of China, harvested by Shangrila Farms.
