Bring your special someone to Café del Volcán Yongkang, buy two coffees, and get a free parfait to share. (Or heck, get your usual two favorite drinks and take the goods for yourself—Volcán Baristas don’t judge.)
For the love of good things, Volcán is partnering again with Chinese-French bakery Eclair & Millefeuille, founded in Changzhou by a French-trained pâtissier named Panda who continues to visit Paris every year for the latest tasty techniques.
The duo is bringing you two truly specialty parfaits (which also come in convenient takeaway cups). If you really want to impress your date and dazzle your senses, we suggest the jasmine tea cream and tropical fruit fusion: featuring floral Jasmine Dragon Ball tea-infused cream layered atop a tropical fruit compote (including passionfruit, coconut, mango, pineapple and orange), balanced out with vanilla panna cotta and buttery biscuit. Or if you’re a tad more traditional, option two is a fresh strawberry, vanilla cream and sponge cake combo topped with pink poppy flower-infused panna cotta.
Did we mention this decadence is free with your coffees? Come by Yongkang next Tuesday and indulge while the sweet supplies last!
